Disinfection : In Disinfection Our Specialization Is In The Following Molecule:

“50% HYDROGEN PEROXIDE WITH 400 PPM SILVER IN CATIONIC FORM”.

The reason behing choosing and suggesting this product is due to the fact that this is a globally accepted formulation for disinfection. Hydrogen peroxide is a conventional method of disinfecting potable water used for drinking . The role of silver is to prolong the disinfection so that the process remains microbes free andit ensures that it does not get recontaminated under the controlled measures.

The molecule of hydrogen peroxide and silver is broadspectrum and biodegradable. When tested against many forms of microbial growth it has given consistent results of long lasting disinfection. Hence, it has been proved to work as an algaecidal, fungicidal, virucidal, kills amoeba, protozoa, diatoms, Nematodes, biofilms and various other forms of bacterial slime.

Based on this the formulation of hydrogenperoxide with silver has been put to use in various industrial use, chiefly as mentioned below:

VALUE ADDED PRODUCT :

The product can be used for disinfecting any surface, like floor & walls, equipments, pipelines, ss storage tanks, vessels etc effectively at concentration 0.1-1.0%.

This is a better substitute to many disinfectants like, dettol , savlon, phenyl which are otherwise not useful in terms of floor mopping or using it for any surface. It is due to its aldehyde residues which is harmful and also objectionable.

In terms of economy also this formulation stands apart for any of the mentioned products since the suggested dosage is only 0.1- 1.0%.

Similarly, the water plant system which comprise of filtration system, uf membrane, water softner, ro membrane, edi along with the associated storage vessels, pipelines, valves and tools are the potential source of contamination. We ensure that our product does no harm to the complex system and ensure disinfection of the whole plant. The dosing of the chemical has to be online and offline as well.

IN PHARMACEUTICAL ANOTHER MAJOR APPLICATION IS THE SPRAY DISINFECTION. A SOLUTION OF 3-5% CAN DISINFECT A ROOM OF DIMENSION, 10 FT * 10FT*15FT. IN A MATTER OF 45-60 MINS.

The formulation of hydrogenperoxide with silver has been put to use in various usage of agriculture , like soil fogging, water disinfection, foliage disinfection, preharvest and post harvest applications.

In aquaculture the product usage is for disinfecting the water quality which is vital for fish and fish products to grow in healthy surrounding. There are other applications as per the requirements of the grower.

Hospital usage is many . The product can be used to mop the floor and walls, disinfect equipments, spray inside closed rooms, and other vital applications as required to maintain the hospital sop.
